This makes him an ideal intermediary between the Personnel and IT functions within an organisation. He is able to identify the IT needs of, say home-workers or location independent workers, and match these with the delivery capability of the IT department or security requirements of the business.
Bert has a background of more than 10 years IT experience in a variety of industries including Banking & Finance, Insurance and Software Development and has worked with companies from start-ups and SMEs to multinational corporations. He has expertise in technologies including networking, network security, web services, programming and a wide range of client and server platforms and architectures.
