Conexall connects all communications media, so that a message initiated by email, landline telephone, mobile phone or text messaging can be delivered by any of these means according to the recipient's routing preference, which you can change at any time.

Example: I send a message by email to three colleagues in my team. Colleague A receives the message as an email on his Blackberry. Colleague B who does not have a Blackberry receives it as a text message. Colleague C is driving up the motorway received it as a voice message over his Blackberry. All three colleagues received the message within seconds and are able to act on it immediately. Later, our manager instantly conferences us all into a call to tell us we've won a new contract.

Conexall also provides instant conferencing. This differs from other conference call systems in that it is a call-out system. Other services require people to call-in to a number at a pre-arranged time. Conexall conference calls can be made to a group simply by calling the group connection. Everyone's phones will ring simultaneously.

The concept for Conexall arose from Swiftwork's 10-year experience of advising on new ways of working. We identified a demand by mobile and remote working teams to be able to communicate and share information more efficiently and cost effectively. Conexall was developed for business user groups, particularly mobile and virtual teams. It also has applications for other user groups such as, schools, clubs and associations, charity networks, family members and groups of friends. A group may be as few as two people or as large as thousands of people.

Each group is private and secure. Each group has a web page for sharing documents, photos, videos, calendars and announcements.
