Linda is a qualified chartered accountant and specialises in working with clients to agree on finance function improvements.
Her particular specialism is in bringing together finance functions across a number of countries to agree on a common approach to best practice processes. Linda has extensive experience of translating improvement ideas through to realised implementation. Linda's strength is in identifying and mentoring client staff to take ownership of improvement initiatives.
Linda combines her process expertise with significant experience in the selection and implementation of systems to support re-designed processes, including the specification of bespoke software where required, to provide a total solution to the finance function.
Her skills include extensive finance process re-design and implementation experience, including the design of finance functions into shared service centres. She also facilitates groups to take ownership of project change and challenge their thinking about the impacts of process change and continuous improvement.
