Personal Effectiveness & Flexible Working Training wins UK Skills Council Award
The Wrigley Company found the impact of a tailor-made Flexible Working Change Programme supported by a Personal Effectiveness training course for managers and staff so powerful that they entered it for a National Training Award run by the UK Skills Council.
At a ceremony in Bristol on 26th October, Wrigley, together with Simon Phillips, who designed and delivered the Personal Effectiveness course, and Jenny Tunley Price, who was instrumental in creating the flexible working framework, swooped a National Award (South-West Region).
This photo shows Simon and Jenny of Swiftwork, with Edwina Ratcliffe, Clare Corrigan and Helen Franklin of Wrigley receiving the award from TV personality, Andrew Castle.
The flexible working change programme addresses the requirement to enable Wrigley associates to work smarter and more flexibly in support of better work life balance.
The personal effectiveness training course addresses the ability to prioritise, delegate, utilise resources, run effective meetings, support improved business performance, teamwork and all interpersonal relationships.
