An experienced senior consultant who has worked independently for eight years in the field of organisational design and change, mainly in professional services firms within the design, construction, facilities management and property sectors. Here, the quality and commitment of the people is invariably a company's primary asset and she is relentless in promoting HR strategy, including work-life balance, at the heart - rather than the periphery - of business strategy.

Her focus, regardless of the project, is always to improve internal integration and collective harmony in order to achieve the company's wider goals. This may involve designing and leading a formal visioning and business planning process that unifies the company or Group, guiding the integration of two companies' cultures and systems in a JV or after a merger/acquisition - or re-designing processes that straddle different functions, divisions or Group companies.

Rhian is skilled in resolving conflicts which are holding the company back in succession planning, structural re-design to deliver a strategy, and in helping Boards of directors to function in a more cohesive and effective way. This includes designing and running away days and weekends for directors and senior company leaders.
