A quick assessment of the gaps in the organisation’s approach
to flexible working

A proven process implemented with all of our DTI clients
Worked through “live” during consultation with a team
Team Process instructions in Guidance Notes for team to use as necessary
when circumstances change.
2 x ½ Days Individual Consultancy:
To include Organisation Analysis feedback
Explanation of the Team Process for flexible working
Discussion of everyone’s role in making flexible working work
Run “team process” session with one or more pilot teams

Follow-up with pilot team(s).
Email Support:
Each client is appointed a named Swiftwork consultant to contact about
any flexible working issues.
Swiftwork could also arrange to manage the ‘Right of Request’ process
on behalf of the client.
Membership to the Swiftwork Forum:
An informal group of clients, interested parties, industry experts
and our own consultants who discuss any issues raised within the group
